Schedule a Tune-up
 Does your Furnace or Air Conditioning Systems need a tune-up? If it’s been more than 2 years or never since your last tune-up then you need one! What is a Tune-up, and what work will be performed? A Tune-up includes evaluation and work to ensure your equipment is performing as it should, and at its best. We will check that the entire system is operating properly, safely and efficiently, and is clean and problem-free. How will a Tune-up help you save money? A Tune-up will help your furnace or air conditioner run more efficiently (lowering utility costs), will prevent more-costly emergency service calls, and will give your equipment a longer life. For a Furnace Tune-up we will: Clean burners & combination chamber(s) Check chimney for cleanliness & draft Adjust air shutters on burners Check & adjust gas pressures on burners Clean and adjust pilot. Clean flame sensor on electronic furnace Check for fuel leaks Check C0 level around furnace Clean blower and compartment Oil motor bearings if equipped Check & adjust fan and limit controls Check and clean or replace filter (any needed replacement parts will be quoted separately) For an Air Conditioning Tune-up we will: Clean condensor Oil motors Check thermostat Check freon Run performance test on unit (any needed replacement parts will be quoted separately) Would you like to be reminded?
